With diverse experiences & projects that stretch from the historical fabrics of Europe, the mosaics of the Middle East, Asia & to the ecological heartbeats of the Balkans, his work embodies collaboration, identifying synergistic potentials & fostering collaboration across domains, cultures, & futures.
As founder of Ecospectrals, his work ventures on unraveling and tackling the systems behind environmental & urban systems degradation with a vision towards circular development through nature & people-oriented multi-disciplinary frameworks designed to expedite transitions in systems & organizations.

ANDREY NIKOLAEV

Andrey is a licensed architect with a Master's in Building & Architectural Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
Rooted in a distinctive Russian-Italian heritage & with an architectural background, Andrey's portfolio includes his exploration of circularity, heritage conservation, and visionary planning.
His philosophy seeks innovation with practicality and contextual harmony with the environment through systems thinking in envisioning and implementing models that are both innovative and capable of tackling complex challenges, ensuring they are designed with the needs and experiences of people at their core.
Outside the studio, Andrey is a swimmer & a certified lifeguard, embodying a blend of creativity and civic responsibility.

KWADWO OFOSUHENE YEBOAH

Kwadwo brings a robust foundation in Construction Technology & Management, complemented by a Master of Science in Building and Architectural Engineering from Politecnico.
With a passion for Building Energy Modeling & Sustainable Technologies, he integrates eco-friendly solutions into modern construction practices.
Originally from Ghana, Kwadwo has enriched his expertise with professional experiences in Italy and France, showcasing his ability to adapt and innovate across diverse cultural contexts.
Beyond his technical prowess, he spent a year mastering the art of Neapolitan pizza-making as an apprentice, adding a unique blend of culinary skill and craftsmanship to his multifaceted profile.

PAVEL AISTOV

Pavel blends architectural & engineering innovation with a commitment to mindful sustainability. He has a background in strategic design, engineering & architectural interventions.
With international project experiences & projects in Russia, USA , Europe & Armenia, he navigates the complexities of spatial design & construction management.
Pavel's unique journey, marked by a diverse skill set and a passion for community engagement is enriched by his analog photography, as he seeks to imbue his projects & interactions with emotion & a conduit for engaging more profoundly with community narratives, ecological relationships, and the subtle interplay between light and space.
